Brilliant small place just past tourist trap area in Sintra. Had a brilliant homemade IPA by the cousin of our server that was easily the best beer I had in Portugal and Germany this trip. Try the fried cuttlefish!

Of all the places we visited on our Lisbon-Sintra trip, this restaurant was the best. If you're looking for something simple and authentic, this is a fantastic option. Impeccable food and service.

Lucky that we found this place, walking down from Moore Castle. I guess for folks coming from the station this might be the last one that they can find. But if you want good food, good price and attentive service, then this should be your choice. We had tomato sardine and cornbread, bacalhau bras(?) style, and a prawn tapas dish. Everything was delicious!!

Amazing spot we stumbled upon to grab some food and happy hour drinks! Raul, Our server and bartender was the best. Made us some really tasty unique cocktails and helped me celebrate my birthday. They also have the best vegetarian seitan sandwich we’ve had in Europe.

Adorable and cozy spot in Sintra. The service was excellent, the shrimp were the best we have had in Portugal, and as a pescatarian who eats mostly plant based, I really enjoyed the seitan and onion sandwich!

We stopped here for lunch while touring Sintra. It is exactly what we were looking for. Amazing atmosphere. Their own IPA, and it was excellent. We had the marinated olives (yummy). I had the steak sandwich, which was amazing with the garlic butter. So good. My husband had the pork loin sandwich, which he really enjoyed. Totally recommend.
